12 month driving ban for failing to provide specimen of breath

I received a 12 month ban for failing to provide a specimen of breath! It will be reduced to 9 months if I compete the drink driving course which I am going to do! If the ban is less than 12 months do you have to resit your driving test? Could you answer this for me please?

You will only need to resit your driving test if the judge who sentenced you has ordered you to do so. From what you have said, I doubt you will need to redo your test but if you want to be double sure, you can always contact the court where you were sentenced to clarify on that or give DVLA a call.
