Hi. I was banned from driving for 16 months. I originally was banned for 6 months but was caught driving whilst disqualified, is there anyway I can reduce my ban or any courses I can go to reduce my ban? thank you
The drink driving course that you're talking about will reduce your driving ban by upto a quarter but it can only be referred by the judge who sentenced you. If you were not ask to do this course, then you cannot willingly opt to do the course I'm afraid. For driving bans less than 2 years, you will have to complete the whole ban term and that's the situation with your 16 months driving ban.
