The short answer is no. Currently, there are no insurers who would take on 18 year olds for short term insurance cover. What do you need this insurance coverage for? Are you planning to drive only for two weeks and then take a break? A little bit more info could clarify some points. Anyway, the shortest period of cover that you can get for your age (18) is for a month.
