3 times over alcohol limit and need licence back

I really need my licence for my job! What are the chances of getting it reduced? I was 3 times over limit.

Nevins,

If you're already on a driving ban, that is, you have already been disqualified, then your chances are very slim unless you have been recommended to do the rehabilitation course for drink driving. You can only get enrolled on this course if the court gave you the option of doing it and you seized the opportunity at that time. If you haven't been sentenced yet, then you can contact a drink driving solicitor who will be able to advise you on the best way to have your driving disqualification reduced.

You may also want to get in touch with a motoring solicitor/lawyer to see if there's anything they can do to get your current driving ban reduced. They are the professionals and they may be able to put a solid case for you to get your licence earlier but that will cost you though.
