3 week car insurance for Canadian relative to drive in UK

I need car insurance for a Canadian relative (Male - Age 70 full clean licence) to drive my car Toyota Yaris 2004 reg. (1299cc Cat.M1) for 3 weeks.

Please where can I get cover for him. This will be from 9 - 29 Sept.

Without a UK driving licence, temporary car insurance cannot be purchased. You can ask your relative whether his insurance company in Canada is willing to cover him to drive your car in the UK. If that's not possible, then the other option is to hire a car as this is covered by rental car insurance but that comes at a cost and it wouldn't solve the problem of you letting your Canadian relative drive your car.
