Address of rehabilitation course

Where can I find the address of a rehabilitation course? I have a course booked but have lost the address.

Jeff,

Without knowing the name of the institution, it is difficult to tell. Have you tried looking at the papers you received from the courts? Actually you might be better off contacting the DVLA and asking them for the name and address where your rehabilitation course will be held as they should keep a record of all drivers who are supposed to enroll on these courses so that they can send licences earlier than when driving bans expire.
