Car insurance for licence under a year

I would like to have a short term car insurance for a driver who has driven for several years and a second driver who has held the licence for under a year.

Rachel,

For short term car insurance, the drivers need to be 21 or over and have had their full driving licence for at least 1 year. So for the driver who has had a licence for several years, there would be no problem if the latter is 21+. However for the driver with less than a year driving experience, there are no insurers at the moment who will insure him on a temporary basis.
