As you have stated above, the car you're looking to buy falls in the lowest car insurance group which is group 1. This will ensure that your premiums are the lowest possible. However there are other factors which are taken into consideration as well when quoting for car insurance and they could either further decrease your quote or increase it. You will see a list of these car insurance factors here. There are things which you can change to get cheap car insurance like opting for a higher voluntary excess but there are other things which you unfortunately cannot change like where you're going to park your car - you cannot say you're going to park it in the garage if you don't have one.
