Driving ban reduction course

I had my licence banned in december 08 and havent yet applied for a reduction course at the time of my ban. The courts said I was elligible for a reduction. Can I still apply for the course? I live in the birmingham area.

Andrew,

Normally you state whether or not you want to be enrolled on the driving rehabilitation course at the time of sentencing and then you receive a letter to let you know all the information you need for the course. It's been more than 6 months now and I don't suppose you've received any communication regarding that course (or have you?). Anyway, you can contact the DVLA and ask them whether you can still do the course, otherwise the offer may have elapsed.
