Normally you state whether or not you want to be enrolled on the
driving rehabilitation course at the time of sentencing and then you receive a letter to let you know all the information you need for the course. It's been more than 6 months now and I don't suppose you've received any communication regarding that course (or have you?). Anyway, you can contact the DVLA and ask them whether you can still do the course, otherwise the offer may have elapsed.
