I am entitled to a mobility car and I have a provisional licence. Am I entitled to drive it while being supervised? Just learning to drive in my mobility car.

As long as you're a named driver on the mobility car, then you are fine to learn to drive in it. You should however be displaying 'L' plates and be supervised at all times. Supervisor must be over 21 and have held full driving licence for over 3 years.

It is recommended that you take driving lessons with a qualified instructor on top of private driving practice.
