Driving with no insurance, licence and getting involved in an accident

I was banned for 2 years for Drink Driving, my ban finished in march this year, for some reason i was driving and hit someone else's car, there was no one in the car and decided to do a runner hoping that no one saw me, 3 days later police knock on my door! Am i looking at a prison sentence here??? As my ban had finished, i think i will be charged for -Driving without insurance and licence and possible for causing an accident and doing a runner? What are my chances of not going to prison?
