Driving without a licence but leaving the country

Can the law come after a person who leave the country and this not coming back here after he was driving without a licence?

James,

I'm not sure if I understand your question properly but if you're saying that you were driving without a licence and now you're leaving the country where you've committed the offence, then I suppose you'll be fine. In some countries, you'll have to declare any past convictions especially if you intend to drive on the same licence or want to exchange your licence for a local one. You'll need to check with the local authority of the country you are migrating to. Bear in mind that if you do decide to return to the country where you've committed the offence, then you might have to pay higher fines and you can get sued for not settling the fine before you went.

If the answer doesn't lie in this response, then you can always provide more information on the subject matter and I'll try to shed more light for you.
