This is quite difficult to tell and cannot be generalised. It depends on the length of time you have been taking drugs, what type of drugs they were, for how long you've been staying away from the drugs etc. If you want to have an idea whether you've got a chance to pass the drug driving medical test, you can purchase one of the drug testing kits and see for yourself. The kits are rather cheap and you can get them for under £10.
