How do I apply for my licence back after driving ban?

I got a 3 year ban and have served 2 years. I was wondering how to apply for my licence back without using a solicitor.

Lee,

To get your licence back after 2 years, you will need to go through an appeal process. This means you will have to go to the court which sentenced you to dispute your case. You will need to be represented by a solicitor/lawyer in court and will have to pay court fees on top of that. It is not as straightforward as it seems because to have a successful application, you will need to have a valid reason for the magistrate to remove the driving ban imposed on you.

If your application is rejected, you will have to wait 3 months before making another request for your licence to the court. For more information, please contact a motoring solicitor or lawyer.
