Were you in a driving instructor's car or in your own? Did you have someone with you when that happened? With a learner's licence, you are only allowed to drive if you are supervised by someone over 21 and having a full licence for at least 3 years. So if you were not accompanied by a supervisor, you have been driving illegally and that's enough to put you at fault.

So what were the circumstances then?
