Not all departments in the NHS give the facility of an interest free car loan. You need to contact your Human Resources department and ask whether this is available to you. Sometimes interest free car loans are only available to a certain band as well or there may be incentives for new or existing employees but this can only be ascertained if you talk to the people who are in charge.
