On what ground can I request my licence to the magistrates after a driving ban?

I've been banned for 3 years & I have served two years. On what solid grounds do I need to present to the magistrates to have an early release for my license? What details do I need to have to get an early release for my license I've served 2 years of my 3 years ban which I'm entitled for an appeal?

You cannot make up reasons to get your licence back, you need to have a valid reason. It's upto the court to decide whether your reason is justified to get you back on the roads before your driving ban ends.
