Well if you're looking for short term car insurance for a learner, then it's worth checking out Collingwood's website. The minimum period of cover for a learner driver is 4 weeks which meets your requirements and additional cover of a week at a time can be purchased afterwards should your daughter need additional driving practice. The good thing about Collingwood insurance is that your no claims discount (NCD) as a parent is not affected should the need to make a claim arise when your daughter is learning to drive in your car. For one month worth's of insurance, you're likely to pay around £100.
