Plasterer on 3rd 3 year disqualification looking for driving ban reduction

It is my 3rd 3 year ban. Can I approach the courts to get a reduction if i have nearly compleated 2 years? I wasn't offered the 9 month off my ban. With the recession and relying on other people for lifts etc i need to be driving as i am a self employed plasterer... HELP!!

You can contact the court where you were sentenced to ask to get your licence earlier. For a 3 year ban, this can be done after you have served two years of the sentence. However it is important to understand that it is at the discretion of the court to return your licence earlier or not. If they think you have a valid reason for asking your licence before the ban has been lifted, then you may be able to drive again. Bear in mind though that being banned 3 times in a row doesn't look too good and raises concerns about your driving ability.
