Jassal,

If you had a clean licence before drink driving and have not committed any further motoring crimes after you were banned from driving, then it should make things easier for you to apply back for your licence early. In your case, you can apply after 2 years by contacting the court which sentenced you. Note that you will need to pay court fees and may need a solicitor/lawyer to represent you as well. For a successful application and return of licence, you will need to show change of personal circumstances which require your driving ability.
