You can get a concession as a returning resident and the excise duty will be 15%. However when I enquired about this in May 2010 when I visited Mauritius, customs told me that you cannot import a car which is more than 3 years old. So I doubt they will accept your toyoya since it's 7 years old. Note that the vehicle will be valued once it gets to Mauritius and 15% excise duty will be levied on it and 15% VAT will be applicable on the total as well.
