Sole carer for son who is ill as well as mother and stepdad, can I get licence back after 2 years?

I had 3 years ban and in august this year i will have served 2 full years , i am single parent and one son is is ill and im his sole carer, it is awful getting to hospital and doctor appointments , my mother is 76 and stepdad 78 he have had stroke , I'm the only one for them as well , can i get my licence back when i served two years , I've completed drink/drive course .
