Using the V62 form to claim being the car keeper of an abandoned car
One car one abandoned in my car space in the garage I live, not allowing me to use the space, causing difficulties.. The DVLA has advised to claim to be the car keeper via V62 form (V5). What can I do to claim to become the owner of the car. I would like to understand which legal actions I have to make to request the onwership of the car, as this is the only way I can sort the issue it has caused me? I'm affraid I ended up the owner never comes back.
