Charged with failing to stop and dangerous driving, could I get away with it?
Hi, I have a previous drink driving conviction in 2006 and received a 12 mth ban,I blew 56 at the station.Last week I got charged with two counts of failing to stop,one of dangerous driving and blew 78 at the station. The officer said I could get away. In court in 10 days so any advice would be appreciated...
