My husband was waiting on petrol forecourt to pull off a woman driver was for 20 yrds indicating, she slowed down and turned to pull on she suddenly turned right in front of my husbands path to pull back on the road she admitted liability at the scene. She agreed to come to our house to settle up but came later with her partner and denied it saying cctv would prove it my husband said good as he was totally innocent, when we went to see if cctv would provide us our proof they said she had been up to ask, she did this so she could change her story.
