Will I have to attend court to get licence back early or will DVLA write to me?
I was banned for 4 years and my 2 years are up in august 2011. Will I have to attend court to get licence back early or will dvla write to me? Friends have received theirs back with more of a ban than me and got theirs back without applying to courts. My offence happened in 2002 but was took to court in 2009. I am also an hgv driver and this has caused alot of hardship.
