Weekend insurance for 22 year old

I'm 22 with 2 years driving experience, can I get weekend insurance?

Conal,

There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to get weekend insurance. The minimum age that insurers are looking for short term insurance policies is 21 and you also need to have at least 1 year driving experience and you fulfil those two requirements perfectly. You may however find that the premiums are not so cheap because of the lack of insurers offering the temporary car insurance cover.
