What can I say to the courts to get licence back early?

What can i say to the court to get my licence back? i was banned for 4 years on 1st july 08, but can go back and get it back from the court, so i just wanted to know how i do that and what do i say to the court ? i have beed told by my employer that if i don't get it back there is a possibility i could lose my job, so won't be able to pay the bills and could lose my house and family!
