Who will lose no claims bonus if second driver has an accident?

My husband is the 2nd driver on my policy, he had an accident on saturday 27th november 2010 so I made a claim on my insurance policy will I lose my no claims bonus?

Although the accident/claim will be recorded against your husband who is the second driver (named driver on your car insurance policy), you will lose your no claims discount if you're the main driver. How much NCD you will lose depends on how much you have earned over the years and whether you have protected no claims bonus or not.
